Shipping is free on every order.
Delivery time
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 7 to 15 business days after that. Our products ship directly from our partner warehouse, so this is a little slower than a big-box store, and we would rather tell you the truth up front.
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to show its first update.
Duties and taxes
Prices include everything except sales tax, which is shown at checkout. You will not pay any extra duties on delivery.
Problems with delivery
If your tracking has not moved for 10 days, or your package arrives damaged, write to us at the email on our Contact page and we will send a replacement or a refund.
