Damaged, defective or wrong item
Send us a photo of the problem and your order number through our Contact page. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. In most cases you do not need to send anything back.
Changed your mind
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Write to us first and we will give you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we approve them.
Kits
Items from The Commute Kit can be returned one by one. We refund the share of the kit price for the returned item.
